I am mom to 3-year-old Ozzie and 10-month-old Frankie.
I joined Stroller Strides back in 2014 when my son was born because I needed a way to connect with other moms. Even though I was SO nervous to show up by myself, I knew that finding a village was important to my mental health and wellness as a new mom. And I'm so glad I went! Those ladies helped me navigate my first few months of motherhood, showing me so much patience and grace. And there was a lot of laughter, too! We've moved several times since then, finally landing in Cincinnati. I'm excited to be a part of the F4MBAM team and this incredible village.more

Thoughts about FIT4MOM: My husband and I moved back to the States after living abroad for two years when I was 8 months pregnant with my daughter, Chloe. My first FIT4MOM event was a Mom's Night Out while I was still pregnant. I did my first Stroller Strides class at 6 weeks postpartum, and joined FIT4MOM BAM when we moved from Chicago to Cincinnati in 2017. I literally cannot imagine motherhood without FIT4MOM. The friends I've met and the connections I've made in my Villages are so special to me.
One piece of advice for moms regarding FIT4MOM: I know Fit is in our name, and that's a big part of what we do. But it is so much more. You can join us for our fitness classes, but you'll be met with fun and support from other moms that will really add value to your daily life.
What else are you passionate about: I work part-time as a Director for an online marketing company. Between that and motherhood, life is pretty hectic! I'm passionate about packing as much fun and love into life as I can, even when things get crazy.
F4MBAM Community Relations Coordinator
the past several years, I have developed a love for group fitness and
the community, support, and empowerment it can provide. Since
becoming a mom, I have realized how important that truly is! I love
having the support of fellow moms to push me through a work out, but
also in working through the ups and downs of our motherhood
I strongly believe in the value of fit pregnancy and fitness in motherhood. I stayed very active throughout both of mine, and even performed in a pole fitness and aerial showcase 15 weeks pregnant with my second daughter. Fitness is not only good for me, but sets a good example for my children.
I have two silly girls, Alice (3) and Anna (1), and a wonderful husband who embraces the silliness.
I have a BA in Communication from Ohio State University, and before becoming a stay home mom, I worked in non profits, theater, and real estate in a variety of positions from administrative to marketing.
I also enjoy yoga, pole fitness, crochet, and volunteering with Ohio Alleycat Resource: I organize their quarterly Yoga with Cats fundraising event.more
