Interested in joining us for a class? We got you, Mama. Here is everything you need to know.

General FAQs

Can I try a class before I join?

Yes! Your first class is always free! After that you have the option of membership, drop in or class passes!

Do I need to pre-register or can I just show up?

Pre-registation is required for all of our classes. That way our instructors know who is coming in advanced and can look out for you.

What do I need to bring to class

Water & Yoga mat is just fine!

If you are attending Stroller Strides please either baby wear or have your child in a Stroller upon arrival.

I just had a baby, when can I join stroller classes?

It is advised that you ask your Doctor when they feel as if you will be ready to exercise some of our work outs can be low impact and you are taking everything at your own pace. Usually doctors want us to wait until you have your 6-8 week check up but everyone is diffrent so seek their professional advice first!

Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?

Yes! Our Body Boost classes & Stroller Stride classes are welcoming to all even if you are expecting!

How will I know if the class location has changed due to weather?

We will email you in advance and also reach out to you via text message.

Do I need to be a runner to attend these classes?

No not at all most of our classes give you the option to jog, run, speed walk, or walk at your own pace.

My baby doesn't like being in the stroller, gets fussy or I need to feed?

We recommend babywearing and taking breaks as needed you will be suprised on how much your baby loves Stroller Strides we are constantly finding ways to make our classes enjoyable for your baby as well.

Can my older children walk along or ride their bike during class?

In order for children to stay safe during our Stroller Strides class we require them to stay close to the stroller if they are over the age of 5 years old any children 0-4 years must be in their stroller during the duration of the class. Unless our instructors have a activity plan for them out of the stroller. If you and your kiddo need to take breaks suring the class feel free we completely understand!

What is FIT4MOM Our Village Events & Playgroups?

As moms, we understand that life is about finding balance while nurturing our minds, bodies and spirits. Our FIT4MOM Our Village Events and Playgroups was created with this aspiration in mind. By becoming a member, you will build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips and most importantly, laughter. Support and connect with other moms through:

  • WEEKLY innovative & creative playgroups - fun for baby

  • MONTHLY entertaining Moms' Nights Out - this is your time

  • MONTHLY Mommy and Me play dates- get your kids involved in fun activities, special events for showers, births, meal trains, etc., for our members, "Moms with a Mission" activities to help better the community where you live and play. Join us and make a difference.

  • ****You do NOT have to be a member of FIT4MOM to join the FIT4MOM Our Village Weekly Playgroup. All moms are welcome! This is a FREE group!

What if I need to cancel my membership?

A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership. A copy of the policies can be found on the website.

Our Membership

What does my Membership include?

Your membership includes unlimited classes at any of the FIT4MOM <Territory Name> locations. We offer XXX

Membership also includes being a member in our closed Facebook group, weekly playgroups, monthly Moms’ Night Outs and more!

Can I bring family or friends who are visiting to class with me?

Visitors are welcome to come to class FREE of charge! If you have an extended-stay guest who will participate longer than one week, they will be subject to a $X per class charge. All visitors must sign our waiver in order to participate.

How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Email xxxx@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing xx business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.

Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of x months. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.

When can I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Holds can start any day of your billing cycle. Our system auto-prorates your membership upon release of your hold. There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid. To avoid payment, all requests need to be received in writing xx business days before the next payment is due.

How do I change my return date on my hold?

You can return from your hold on any day of the month. You need to email xxxx@fit4mom.com at least 24 hrs prior to your return. If you attend class without advanced notice your credit card on file will be charged the drop-in rate of $xx/class.

What is the fee to place a membership on hold?

There is a $XX fee to place your membership on hold. Memberships can be placed on hold for up to X months.

Can I attend classes when my membership is on hold?

When your membership is on hold you can attend classes at the drop-in rate of $xx/class. Your credit card on file will be charged automatically.

What is the enrollment fee for a membership?

  • There is a $xx enrollment fee for all new monthly memberships. If you sign up for membership on the first day of class you pay a $xx enrollment fee.

  • If you cancel your membership and then wish to rejoin, you pay a $xx reactivation fee to rejoin.

  • Members who transfer to us from another franchise outside will be charged a $x enrollment fee.

How do I update my credit card on file?

To update your credit card on file:

  • Log into your Pike13 account

  • Below your profile photo you will see a list of options

  • Click on "Payment Methods"

  • Update the information

  • Click “Save”

  • Be sure to delete the old credit card on file

If your monthly dues payment fails and you do not respond to our emails to update your credit card info, your membership will be cancelled.

Who do I contact with questions about my membership?

If you ever have any questions on your membership, you can email xxxx@fit4mom.com or call us at xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Is my membership transferable to another franchise location?

No. Memberships are only valid for the franchise where they were purchased. If you move to an area outside of our franchise, you will need to cancel your current membership and sign up for a membership at the new franchise. We encourage you to contact the franchisee where you are moving to and let them know you have a current FIT4MOM membership at another franchise.
